Welcome to the Grail-Verse. By accessing grail-verse.com or utilizing the VV Chrome extension, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

1. The Threshold and Subscription Access

• The 7-Day Window: New accounts are granted automated access to the extension toolset for a trial period of 7 days.
• The Paywall: Continued use past the initial threshold requires an active, paid monthly ($9.99) or annual ($79.00) subscription tier processed via Stripe.
• The Work is Not Light: Access to these systems is provided for personal development and resilience training. We make no guarantees of specific behavioral outcomes; the work is entirely driven by the user.

2. Intellectual Property

All cinematic content, branding imagery, software code for the VV extension, text materials (including the Forged philosophy documentation), and specific localized design elements are the exclusive intellectual property of Neil Joseph MacKinnon and Grail-Verse.

3. Account Responsibility

You are entirely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Supabase ledger sync credentials. Sharing or distributing access codes, reverse-engineering the browser extension architecture, or deploying unauthorized API scripts to bypass the Stripe subscription gate is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate termination of account access.

4. Governing Law

These terms, your access to the website database tools, and the distribution of the companion software are governed exclusively by the provincial laws of Nova Scotia and the federal laws of Canada.
